Our staff are selected very carefully on their qualifications, experience and ability, in order to bring out the very best in young children.
We employ our staff in accordance with ‘Suitable People’ as set by the EYFS statutory requirements. Effective systems are in place to ensure that all staff are suitable to work with children.
Before any member of staff starts working for us we access the highest level of checking procedures that are available, that meet the requirements of the ‘Independent Safeguarding Authority Scheme’
