The Den
The Den is the new name for our After School and Holiday club and is based at Ercall Nursery in Telford.
The Den opened in July 2011 and provides a fun structured program of extensive activities for children aged 4 to 11 years old. The Den is fully equipped with a Wii, a Playstation, computer, books, games, beanbags, a smoothie bar and a quiet homework area.
The After School Den
Our After School club at The Den is open 3pm until 6pm five days a week. Children are collected from local schools by our qualified staff and are transported by M&B Coaches safely back to The Den. All routes are assessed for your child’s safety and wellbeing.
We currently collect children from:
- Apley Wood Primary School
- St Patrick’s Primary School
- St Peter’s Primary School, Bratton
Once at The Den, all children are offered a snack and refreshments throughout the afternoon. They are given the opportunity to complete their homework, as well as spend time with their friends both inside and outside The Den.
The Holiday Den
During the school holidays, The Den offers an exciting timetable where the children choose from one of two activities, ensuring that they will have a fun packed day. We also run various workshops including drama, sports and sign language, that run through the six weeks holidays which children take part in at no extra cost.
The Den opens at 7.30am and closes at 6pm throughout the main school holidays including half terms. We provide all meals and drinks except on visits out when a packed lunch may be needed.
Please Note that we have a limit on numbers for both the After School and Holiday club, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
