Thank you

a whopping £2,015 raised for Children in Need…

…and Pudsey came to visit us to add that extra sparkle! Huge thanks to our friends at Asda for sending Pudsey to visit the children at our Stafford nursery. We washed cars, we cycled, we baked; but most importantly, we had fun and raised a huge amount of money for Children in Need 2018!

Thank you to everyone who kindly donated to this year’s appeal. The children, staff and parents raised a whopping £2014.16. Well Done everyone! You are amazing!

Children in Need

The children at all three nurseries are taking part in our sponsored ‘Dance with Duggee’ throughout this week. We’re also raising money by selling Pudsey biscuits, wearing our Pyjamas and taking part in Children in need themed activities. So don’t forget to bring some small change!

Remembrance Day

Getting the children involved and helping them understand what Remembrance Day is all about is so important. Over the course of last week, they made their own poppies and pictures and dedicated them to members of the armed forces whose bravery is never forgotten.

#wearredforzac day

Honeybuns Telford joined thousands of others in Shropshire and beyond by wearing Red for Zac Oliver on Friday 28th September.

Zac is a wonderful little boy who attended our nursery here in Telford. We were very sad to learn he had been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of childhood Leukaemia. So, we decided here at Honeybuns to support Zac and his family by helping raise funds to send him for life saving treatment in America.

Not only did we wear red for Zac, but we also had fun by making and selling our dinosaur biscuits which were made by Zac’s friends at nursery.

Stafford Refurbishment

It is important to us that Honeybuns Day Nursery offers your child the very best childcare and facilities possible. As part of this ongoing commitment, we have commenced the refurbishment of the children’s toilets at our Stafford nursery. It may be one of the smallest rooms in the nursery, but they are key to your child developing and managing their personal needs independently.

Our aim is to create a bright new room for your child to enjoy and we are taking every step possible to ensure there is no disruption to the day to day running of the nursery.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused…please excuse the pun!
